House Wash and Roof Cleaning in Concord, NC
On this project, we cleaned the north side of the roof of the algae or black streaks called gloecapsa magma. This algae not only affects curb appeal but it also eats on the limestone on the shingles and decreases the life of your roof. We also soft washed the entire exterior of the home to remove all the bacteria, dirt and cobwebs. On the final step of the project, we cleaned the driveway and sidewalks by pre and post treating with bio degradable solution to remove the organic material and used a professional surface cleaner to remove the built up dirt.
